The MetLife Preferred Dental Plan (PDP) Plus network provides access to a nationwide network of dentists. The plan features in and out-of-network benefits. If you visit a PDP dentist you will receive a larger annual maximum benefit.
An administration fee is included in the total plan cost.

A Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) is a type of insurance plan that works with a contracted network of providers. HMO insurance typically includes: lower coverage costs, referral requirements, and stricter coverage guidelines.

Pro Tip: A facility ID must be provided by the 20th of the month to appear on the next month’s roster. Providers are subject to change. There are no out of network benefits.

The vision plan gives you access to the Superior Vision provider network which features thousands of participating professionals including Warby Parker, America’s Best, Costco Optical, LensCrafters, Pearle Vision, Target Optical, Visionworks, and more.
